Client Agreement

By signing up for or continuing to use services from LutherHost, you are agreeing to the following terms:

You agree to hold LutherHost, its owners, affiliates, employees, and all other persons related to LutherHost harmless with regard to data loss, breach, or other misadventure. We truly do try to keep your data secure (taking multiple measures and a multilayered approach to security), but the Internet is a dangerous place and there are people out there with too much time on their hands and too little moral compass.

You agree not to abuse the services provided by LutherHost.

• Don’t host illegal content.
• Don’t do illegal things.
• Don’t try to crash our servers.
• Don’t try to exploit our site or other sites we host.
• Don’t do anything else you wouldn’t want us to do to you or your site.

You agree to buy the owner of LutherHost a beer if he ever visits your church. (This may not be redeemed more than once per year.)
